1. We make every effort to allocate your chosen practitioner for your appointment. However, please note that this is not always possible, and we reserve the right to allocate another qualified practitioner if necessary.

2. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of £15.

3. By booking acupuncture and cupping treatments, you consent to the procedures. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions or concerns you may have prior to treatment. Please note that although rare, possible side effects of acupuncture and cupping may include minor bruising, soreness, or temporary discomfort at the needle insertion site. If you experience any unusual symptoms or discomfort during or after your treatment, please inform your practitioner immediately.

4. To ensure your comfort and enable access to all acupuncture points, please wear comfortable, loose clothing for your treatment. We recommend avoiding tight or restrictive clothing that may limit access to certain areas of the body.
